			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To prepare pancakes: Beat flour, water, oil and salt. Fry 8 pancakes. Meanwhile make the filling: fry the minced meat for 2 minutes. Add the leeks, cut into strips, green onions, cabbage and bamboo shoots and fry 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and chopped gali and fry 1 more minute. Add shrimp, soy sauce and chili powder. Remove from heat. Heat oil for frying. To make pancakes pour in 2 tablespoons of filling on each. Fold both sides and begin to wrap a roll. Tape the end of the roll with a little beaten egg-white. Fried rolls in a highly heated oil on both sides. Remove, allow them to drain on a napkin and served immediately.</p>

* 50 g mushrooms<br />
* 100 g shrimps<br />
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce<br />
* Pinch of chili powder<br />
* 1 egg-white<br />
* Oil for frying</p>
