Soup with semolina

Stir eggs and mix them with semolina, cheese, spices and 1 cup cooled broth. Remaining broth boil and gradually pour it into meal mush. The soup is boiled for 5 minutes on low heat stirring constantly with a wire for whipping eggs to break up chunks meal.

Soup with minced meat

Minced meat mix with other products. Grating the resulting paste in bulk plane above the boiling broth. Boil about 10 minutes.

Soup with mussels

Cut vegetables into cubes and fry them with garlic about 5 minutes. Add the spices, diluted with white wine and the valley of tomato juice. Add the mussels and boil on medium heat.

Onion soup

Cut onion in small pieces. Fry it in butter and oil together with powdered sugar for about 20 minutes or until caramelized and become brown in color. Add the chopped garlic. Make up the broth, white wine, salt and pepper to taste and let simmer about 45 minutes. Seal with a slice of cheese in the oven. In presenting the soup put in the bottom of bowls one slice from top and pour with soup.

Tomato soup

Peel tomatoes. Remove core and pour the juice into a bowl. Cut the flesh into small strips. Put the cut strips and tomato juice in a pan. Add basil and 1/3 of the butter. When the tomato strips begin to decompose, turn off heat and add remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper. When serving put in each cup one spoonful of curd.

Crab Soup

Cut the bacon, peppers and potatoes into cubes. Fry bacon, add butter, pepper, potatoes and finely chopped onions. Fry on low heat until it softens. Add flour and confused for several minutes until the mixture turns golden. Add the cream and fish stock. Season with black pepper, salt and nutmeg. Put a lid on and cook 15 minutes. Finally add choped crab meat and corn.

Cream of pea soup

Boil peas in a little water for 5 minutes. Drained and save liquid. Fry in butter peas and chopped garlic. Make up the chicken broth and water in which the boiling peas. Boil the soup over low heat 10 minutes. Cool the soup and blend it. Mix it with cream, pepper and salt to taste.

Chicken soup

Boil chopped chicken breast, 2 carrots, celery, tomatoes, onions and leeks, pepper and salt. Add one finely grated carrot and cook over low heat another 5 minutes. Finally add the parsley.

Minestrone Soup

Soak beans for 1 night. Drained beans, pour it in cold water and boil it. Drained again. Fry finely chopped onions and chopped garlic in olive oil. Add the diced carrot, celery and courgette and fry about 5 minutes. Add drained beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and vegetable broth and boil for 1 hour. Add peas, chopped potatoes and pasta and cook 10 minutes. Add cabbage, basil and parsley. Season with pepper and salt to taste and stewed for 5 minutes. Served with grated cheese.

Cream of pumpkin soup

Fry onions in butter. Add peeled and sliced pumpkin, potatoes, garlic, broth, salt, pepper and wormwood and cook until vegetables soften. Cool and blend. Add milk, lemon juice and heat without boiling. Served with a little cream.
