Duck with cabbage
Fry in oil the chopped bacon, grated carrot and chopped onion. Add the parsley and pouring the mixture into a baking dish. Arrange on top pre-salted duck meat and sprinkled with pepper. Pour a little water and bake. Cut the cabbage and stew it with butter and little water. Serve the duck with stewed cabbage.
