Duck with orange sauce

Add salt and bake duck meat. Then remove them and fry sauce in flour and gradually pour 1 / 2 liter of warm water. Once the sauce thickens, put it in duck meat pieces, sprinkle with pepper and add grated orange rind, grated celery and grated carrot. Stew of meat until soft, remove meat and strain the sauce. Again, put the meat in the sauce and just before serving the dish, sprinkling the meat with a little orange juice.
