Add spices and lentils and confuse further 1 minute. Cut the peppers lengthwise, remove seeds. Arrange them in a baking dish. Stuff peppers with mixture. Cover pan with foil and bake in a moderate oven about 30 minutes. Covering medium &#8211; clear hot peppers and cut them in tiny circles. Fry hot peppers in oil for about 30 seconds. Remove with latticed spoon and drained on a napkin. Pour peppers baked with cream and sprinkle with hot peppers.</p>

Heat half oil and half butter, add half the meat and fry 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add remaining butter and oil in pan and prepare the same way the remaining meat. Remove it. Fry finely chopped onions and garlic in same oil. Add sugar and fry 1 more minute, stirring constantly until sugar is caramelized. Return meat to pan and pour the it with a beer. Add orange juice and half orange rind, along with bay leaves and bring to boil. Cover the pot and stewed for 2 hours, adding a little water if the sauce thickens. Sprinkle with remaining orange rind and season to taste.</div>

Transfer meat and sauce in the pan, cover with foil and bake in oven about 3 hours. 30 minutes before the meat gets add mushrooms cut into strips and chopped olives. Remove meat and let it warm. Mix corn flour with 1 tablespoon cold water, add to sauce and boil to thicken. Cut meat into thin slices and then pour the sauce.</p>
