Pepper rolls with tuna

Roasting peppers and peeled. Clean them the seeds and stalks. Arrange the peppers in a bowl, sprinkle them with lemon juice and oil and let them stayed. Cut each pepper lengthwise into three strips, put a piece of fish and rolled into a tight roll. Arrange rolls in pan, sprinkle them with the sauce of preserved fish and sprinkle with parsley.

Products:

* 4 red bell peppers
* 1/2 can of tuna
* Oil
* Parsley
* Lemon juice
