Potato croquettes

Shuffle butter, egg yolks and grated cheese, add salt, nutmeg and pre-cooked potatoes passion. From dough make balls with size of a walnut. Fry in preheated oil.

Cold stuffed tomatoes with green onions

Cut the onion in small pieces, add salt and stew in oil. Cut from the top cap of the tomatoes, remove core with a spoon. Add salt inside and filled with stewed onion. Close with lids. Decorate with olives and parsley.

Mushrooms with garlic

Fry mushrooms in oil. Cut bacon into small cubes. Mix it with chopped garlic, bread-crumbs, parsley, pepper and salt to taste. Add mushrooms and fry over low heat about 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Breaded pancakes

Make 8 pancakes from below products. Sprinkle each pancake with shredded cheese. Fold in half, then fold again in two to get a triangle. Immerse them in broken egg, then in bread-crumbs and batter. Allow them to drain on a paper napkin. Served them with orange slices and chopped walnuts.

Chinese rolls

To prepare pancakes: Beat flour, water, oil and salt. Fry 8 pancakes. Meanwhile make the filling: fry the minced meat for 2 minutes. Add the leeks, cut into strips, green onions, cabbage and bamboo shoots and fry 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and chopped gali and fry 1 more minute. Add shrimp, soy sauce and chili powder. Remove from heat. Heat oil for frying. To make pancakes pour in 2 tablespoons of filling on each. Fold both sides and begin to wrap a roll. Tape the end of the roll with a little beaten egg-white. Fried rolls in a highly heated oil on both sides. Remove, allow them to drain on a napkin and served immediately.

Fried onions

Make a dough of flour, milk, egg, garlic, cumin and salt. Fried onions in butter. Add onion and hot peppers to the dough. Heat a large quantity of oil, put 2 spoons of dough. Fried paying continuously for several minutes. Remove with latticed spoon and drained on a paper napkin. Fried in this way the whole dough.
