Chinese salad
Cut the cucumber, carrots, onions and celery sticks on. Put vegetables in a bowl with ice water and let stand for 30 minutes in the freezer. Meanwhile, make the covering medium – Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Remove the vegetables from the freezer, drained and dry with a tissue. Confused with bean sprouts and covering medium. Serve in lettuce leaf of Chinese cabbage.
