Duck with cabbage
Fry in oil the chopped bacon, grated carrot and chopped onion. Add the parsley and pouring the mixture into a baking dish. Arrange on top pre-salted duck meat and sprinkled with pepper. Pour a little water and bake. Cut the cabbage and stew it with butter and little water. Serve the duck with stewed cabbage.
Stewed zucchini
Peel and cut tomatoes into quarters. Remove their skins. Fry in olive finely chopped onion and garlic. Add zucchini, cut into rings and fry for 6-7 minutes. Add tomatoes and chicken broth. Add spices. Cover and cook at low heat about 5 minutes. Finally, add the almonds.
