Stuffed chicken with rice
Clear, and dry chicken and flavoredinside with pepper and salt to taste. Half cheese cut into strips and half grate. Confuse the grated cheese, chopped peppers, peas and rice. Fill the chicken with mixture. Spread the chicken with oil. Bake in preheated oven 1 hour. Put the cut strips of cheese on the chicken 5 minutes before you remove from oven.
Risotto with Zucchini
Fry in butter finely chopped onion and garlic. Add diced zucchini and fry 2 more minutes. Put the rice and fry briefly, stirring constantly. Add the saffron and 1 / 3 of the broth. Stew until the rice absorb the liquid. Add another 1 / 3 of the broth and sweltering again until all liquid has evaporated. Add the shrimp and add more broth if necessary to boil rice. Finally add the olive oil and parmesan.
Seafood Salad
Put in products covering medium bowl and mix well. Let them stand for about 1 hour, then remove garlic. Boil rice in salted water 3:1. Well drained. Confuse it with half the topping. Add other products – peeled and diced tomatoes, chopped salad, shrimp and corn. Put the squid in a serving dish and fill them with lettuce. Leave to cool in the fridge. Served with a covering medium.
