Potato croquettes
Pepper rolls with tuna
Roasting peppers and peeled. Clean them the seeds and stalks. Arrange the peppers in a bowl, sprinkle them with lemon juice and oil and let them stayed. Cut each pepper lengthwise into three strips, put a piece of fish and rolled into a tight roll. Arrange rolls in pan, sprinkle them with the sauce of preserved fish and sprinkle with parsley.
Mushrooms with garlic
Breaded pancakes
Make 8 pancakes from below products. Sprinkle each pancake with shredded cheese. Fold in half, then fold again in two to get a triangle. Immerse them in broken egg, then in bread-crumbs and batter. Allow them to drain on a paper napkin. Served them with orange slices and chopped walnuts.
Beef skewers with shrimp
Cut beef into cubes. Make as small skewers alternating meat with shrimp. Apply with oil. Bake them on the grill. Covering medium to do: crush blue cheese in a bowl, add cream and soy sauce. To make the sauce: Mix the cream, tomato puree and lemon juice. Pour into two separate sauce-boat and served to skewers. Decorate with lemon slices.
