- 1 14 ounce Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup Blanched Almonds
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced – approximately 2 tablespoons
- 2 Teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- To make this creamy Romesco sauce, add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until smooth and creamy with a hint of texture.
