  • 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • Brown Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Bananas: Peel the bananas, slice them lengthwise, and cut each banana into two.
  3. Prepare Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
  4. Brush with Ghee: Brush each banana slice with ghee or melted butter.
  5. Air Fry: Place the banana slices on foil in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 7 minutes.
  6. Caramelize (Optional): For under-ripe bananas, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes for caramelization.
