Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Prepare Bananas: Peel the bananas, slice them lengthwise, and cut each banana into two.
- Prepare Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Brush with Ghee: Brush each banana slice with ghee or melted butter.
- Air Fry: Place the banana slices on foil in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 7 minutes.
- Caramelize (Optional): For under-ripe bananas, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes for caramelization.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for softer, mushier results and underripe bananas for firmer texture.
