- 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 Large Eggs
Batter:
- 1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs or Panko
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan
- 2 Large Eggs
Air Fryer Cooking Method:
- Olive Oil Spray
Pan-Fried Cooking Method:
- Canola Oil
Sauces:
- Homemade Alfredo Sauce
- Jar of Marinara Sauce
Instructions
- Noodle Prep: Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, rinse and trim edges. Mix egg, cheeses, and Italian seasoning. Spread cheese mixture on noodles, roll, and freeze.
- Batter: Scramble egg, blend olive oil and bread crumbs, add Parmesan. Dip rolled lasagna in egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Air Fryer Method: Spray basket, place frittas, spray tops, cook at 400°F for 8 mins, flip, cook 6-8 mins. Serve with sauces.
- Pan-Fried Method: Heat oil, fry frittas for 2 mins each side until golden brown. Serve with sauces.
