Description

Crunchy and delicious, these Air Fryer Ravioli are a fun twist on traditional ravioli. Perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with cheesy goodness, they make a fantastic appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

Ravioli:

  • 12 oz fresh ravioli from the refrigerated section

Breading:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

To Dip:

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  2. Prepare Breading: In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until combined.
  3. Create Breading Station: Set up a station with bowls of ravioli, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dip each ravioli in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 380˚F. Place breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6-7 minutes until golden and puffed.
  5. Serve: Transfer crispy ravioli to a dish and serve with marinara sauce or preferred dip.

Notes

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • To reheat, air fry at 380˚F for a few minutes until warm.
  • To freeze for later use, place breaded ravioli on a lined baking sheet in the freezer. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer bag or container and store for up to 3 months.
  • For cooking from frozen, air fry at 380˚F for 7-8 minutes.
