  • 1 large egg, or 2 small eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsps melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Additional:

Instructions

  1. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mash ripe bananas using a fork. Add egg, vanilla, milk, and melted butter, whisk until well combined.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and chocolate chips. Whisk until well combined.
