Banana Chocolate Chip Air Fryer Pancakes:
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 1 large egg, or 2 small eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsps melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Additional:
- cooking oil spray or more melted butter to grease the pans
- optional toppings: sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mash ripe bananas using a fork. Add egg, vanilla, milk, and melted butter, whisk until well combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and chocolate chips. Whisk until well combined.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 350º F.
- Prepare Molds: Spray pancake molds with cooking spray or grease with butter.
- Cook Pancakes: Pour 1/4 cup batter into each mold. Air fry for 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Top with sliced banana, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
