Sweet Potato Fries:

Blue Cheese Yogurt:
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 pinch EACH: salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare sweet potato fries: Toss sweet potato strips in a bowl with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until well coated.
- Bake: Arrange fries on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
