Potatoes

- 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 tsp paprika
- 6 strips of bacon

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Ranch dressing, for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Wash and cube the potatoes. Place them in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated. Set aside.
- Air fry the potatoes: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the cubed potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 20-25 minutes. Shake the basket a couple of times during cooking to ensure even crispiness.
- Cook the bacon: While the potatoes cook, chop the bacon strips into bite-sized pieces. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the cooked bacon from the pan and set aside, leaving about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease in the skillet.
- Cook the chicken: Add the cubed chicken to the skillet with the bacon grease. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and dry ranch seasoning. Cook the chicken over medium-high heat until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Combine ingredients: Once the potatoes are done, add them to the skillet with the chicken. Stir well to combine everything evenly.
- Add cheese and bacon: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken and potato mixture. Top with the cooked bacon pieces.
- Melt the cheese: Place the skillet under the oven broiler for 2-3 minutes just until the cheese melts and bubbles. Alternatively, cover the skillet with a lid and let it sit on the stove over low heat until the cheese melts.
