Mushroom Soup:

Roux:
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Soup Base:
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare Mushrooms: Wash and slice mushrooms, mince garlic.
- Sauté Mushrooms: Cook mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper until dark brown. Add garlic.
