Ingredients

Milk:

3/4 cup

Strawberries:

4 medium (stems removed)

Sugar:

2.5 tablespoons white granulated (or substitute with honey or maple syrup)

Matcha:

1.5 teaspoons

Water:

4 tablespoons boiling hot

Ice Cubes:

8 (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberries: In a tall glass, combine strawberries and sugar, then crush them with a muddler or blend until pureed.
  2. Add Ice: Place ice cubes on top of the strawberry puree.
  3. Pour Milk: Over the ice and set aside.
