Ingredients
Milk:
3/4 cup
Strawberries:
4 medium (stems removed)
Sugar:
2.5 tablespoons white granulated (or substitute with honey or maple syrup)
Matcha:
1.5 teaspoons
Water:
4 tablespoons boiling hot
Ice Cubes:
8 (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: In a tall glass, combine strawberries and sugar, then crush them with a muddler or blend until pureed.
- Add Ice: Place ice cubes on top of the strawberry puree.
- Pour Milk: Over the ice and set aside.
- Prepare Matcha: Sift matcha into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until frothy for 30 seconds.
- Assemble: Pour the matcha over the milk and stir to enjoy!
