Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)

Main Ingredient

  • 2 cans Grands Cinnamon Rolls

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the monkey bread.
  2. Prepare Pan: Lightly grease a cake or fluted bundt pan to prevent sticking.
  3. Mix Sugar and Cinnamon: In a large Ziploc bag, combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  4. Cut Dough: Separate each cinnamon roll and cut them into quarters.
  5. Coat Dough: Place the cut dough pieces into the Ziploc bag with the cinnamon sugar mix and shake well to coat each piece evenly.
  6. Arrange in Pan: Remove coated dough pieces from the bag and arrange them evenly in the prepared bundt pan.
  7. Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix 1 cup brown sugar with 1 cup melted butter until combined.
  8. Pour Topping: Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the pan.
  9. Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 28 to 32 minutes, until the monkey bread is golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.
  10. Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a serving plate. Pull apart the pieces to serve warm.
  11. Optional Icing: You can add the icing from the Grands Cinnamon Rolls on top for extra sweetness if desired.
