Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the monkey bread.
- Prepare Pan: Lightly grease a cake or fluted bundt pan to prevent sticking.
- Mix Sugar and Cinnamon: In a large Ziploc bag, combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Cut Dough: Separate each cinnamon roll and cut them into quarters.
- Coat Dough: Place the cut dough pieces into the Ziploc bag with the cinnamon sugar mix and shake well to coat each piece evenly.
- Arrange in Pan: Remove coated dough pieces from the bag and arrange them evenly in the prepared bundt pan.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix 1 cup brown sugar with 1 cup melted butter until combined.
- Pour Topping: Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the pan.
- Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 28 to 32 minutes, until the monkey bread is golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a serving plate. Pull apart the pieces to serve warm.
- Optional Icing: You can add the icing from the Grands Cinnamon Rolls on top for extra sweetness if desired.
