Cheese Tortellini:

  • 1 20 ounce bag cheese tortellini

Pesto:

  • 1 cup pesto

Cherry Tomatoes:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

Marinated Mozzarella Balls:

  • 1 12 ounce container marinated mozzarella balls, drained

Red Onion:

  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Boil Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook for 1 and 1/2 minutes. Do not overcook!
  2. Rinse and Cool: Drain and rinse tortellini under cold water until cool.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large serving bowl, combine tortellini with pesto, cherry tomatoes, marinated mozzarella balls, and red onion. Toss well to coat.
