- Remove the cookie cutter: Using a small spoon or a plastic-gloved finger, gently press and carefully lift the cookie cutter upward, leaving behind a clean and neat goat cheese square on the rice cracker.
- Add chive ribbons: Use kitchen scissors to cut a chive into two pieces matching the length of the goat cheese square. Position one piece down the center, then cut the second piece in half and place those halves on each side to form a cross shape.
- Attach pink peppercorns: Dab a tiny bit of goat cheese onto a pink peppercorn and carefully place it in the center of the chive cross. The cheese acts as an adhesive to hold the peppercorn securely.
- Garnish with parsley leaves: Using a toothpick or cocktail pin, gently press two small curly parsley leaves on each side of the chive cross to complete the festive look.
