Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Coat both sides of the boneless skinless chicken breasts evenly with 3/4 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper to impart bold, aromatic flavor.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pan and sear on both sides for about 3 minutes each until they develop a nice golden color, enhancing flavor through caramelization.
