Fudge Base

Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8 inch square pan with foil and lightly spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Set it aside for later.
- Melt Chocolate and Butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then let it rest for 1 minute. Check if melted; if not, microwave for an additional 30-45 seconds. Stir thoroughly until all lumps are gone and the mixture is smooth.
- Add Condensed Milk and Flavoring: Stir in the entire can of sweetened condensed milk and 2-3 teaspoons of mint extract into the melted chocolate mixture. Add green food coloring a few drops at a time until the fudge reaches your desired color. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in Mini Chocolate Chips: Allow the fudge mixture to cool for a few minutes. Then gently fold in 1/2 cup of the mini chocolate chips to evenly distribute them without melting.
- Press and Top: Pour and press the fudge evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips over the top and gently press them into the fudge surface for decoration.
- Chill to Set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours to allow it to fully set and firm up before cutting into squares.
- Store Properly: Once set and cut, store the fudge in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
