Instructions
- Combine liquids and bring to boil: In a large 12-inch skillet or pot, add the chicken stock, chicken bouillon, and cream of chicken soup. Whisk everything together until well combined and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Cook noodles: Once boiling, add the dried egg noodles and stir to distribute evenly. Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low, allowing the noodles to cook for 8-9 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Add butter and chicken: Remove the lid and stir in the butter and diced rotisserie chicken. Continue stirring until the butter is fully melted and the chicken is heated through, ensuring everything is well mixed.
- Season and garnish: Taste the dish and add salt and black pepper as needed. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley to add brightness and serve immediately.
