  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package (7 ounces) macaroni
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook Beef and Onion: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain.
  2. Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in tomato sauce, water, macaroni, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
