Ingredients:
- 1–1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (7 ounces) macaroni
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cook Beef and Onion: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in tomato sauce, water, macaroni, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer: Reduce heat; cover and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water if needed.
