  • ⅔ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly butter one side of each tortilla using about ½ teaspoon of butter per tortilla.
