Spicy Tuna
- 8 ounces sashimi grade tuna, cut into small 1/4 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons spicy mayonnaise (see recipe below)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (reduced-sodium preferred)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
- 3 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon black or white sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 cucumber, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
Spicy Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions
- Spicy Mayonnaise: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until combined.
- Spicy Tuna Bites: In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons spicy mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, green onions, and sesame seeds. Gently mix in the cubed tuna until coated. Serve on cucumber slices.
- Optional: Drizzle more sriracha, spicy mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and green onions on top. Enjoy!

- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Raw fish should be consumed fresh.
